With over 35 years of hands-on experience, Javier Sr. is the heart and soul of JC Diesel. What started in a small garage as a one-man operation has grown into one of Las Vegas’ most trusted diesel and fleet repair shops — all thanks to his dedication, skill, and strong work ethic.

A master diesel technician by trade and a perfectionist by nature, Javier Sr. built his reputation on honest work, high standards, and treating every customer like family. His deep knowledge of diesel engines and commitment to doing things right the first time have shaped the core values of JC Diesel from day one.

When he's not in the shop, you'll find him mentoring younger techs, working on vans for camping adventures, or spending time with family — the foundation of everything he’s built.

Javier Jr. grew up in the garage alongside his father, learning the trade not just by watching — but by getting his hands dirty. After earning his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Chapman University and the University of Miami, he returned home with a deeper understanding of business and leadership, ready to apply his education to the family shop.

Today, he helps lead the business into the future, combining his father's legacy with a fresh approach to customer service, efficiency, and operations. From managing daily workflow and client communication to implementing new tools and systems, Javier Jr. plays a key role in making sure JC Diesel runs smoothly — and continues to grow.

He’s passionate about supporting other local businesses by keeping their fleets running reliably and affordably. Javier Jr. is proud to carry on the family name, values, and mission, making JC Diesel a shop clients trust for years — and generations — to come.

Miriam joined JC Diesel in 2024 and quickly became a key part of the team. As a member of the founding family, she brings a deep understanding of the shop’s values and long-term vision. In her role as Chief Administrative, she supports the business through a wide range of internal operations — helping ensure everything runs efficiently and stays well-organized behind the scenes.

In addition to her administrative role, Miriam brings fresh energy and creativity to the team through her involvement in marketing and branding efforts. From managing social media and promotions to helping shape the shop’s visual identity, she plays a vital role in connecting JC Diesel with the community and building a strong, professional presence.

Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving make her an essential part of the JC Diesel team — both in the office and out in the world.
