Javier has devoted his life to mechanics. After thirty years in the Laborers’ Union, he honed his skills after work. With his son back from college seeking an apprenticeship, they turned passion into a venture. Together, they've adapted to modern electronically controlled systems. Always jovial, Javier enjoys working in their family business and is eager to address customers' concerns.

Javier Chacon Jr., raised by a mechanic, learned tune-ups and engine repairs early on, assisting his father and building client relationships. He earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Chapman University and the University of Miami. Upon returning, he joined his father’s trade, modernizing diagnostics and repairs with new tools and equipment, expanding the shop's capabilities.

Miriam brings valuable experience to JC Diesel from her education and life in Mexico. With an Architecture degree, she combines creativity and critical thinking for effective solutions. Her strong organizational skills enhance administrative tasks, ensuring project efficiency. Her attention to detail modernizes our SOP, impacting operations' success. Her passion for innovation aligns with JC Diesel’s goals, making her an invaluable team member.
